To BOC: Forewarned is forearmed
WE all know what rust does to iron, which termites also do to wood if allowed to go their insidious way.
Over there in the far South something of the sort is happening.
If not cut in the bud it threatens to destroy an institution that has been refurbishing it’s image with accomplishments not the least of which is a record tax collection.

Buti in a dark corner of MIndanao a pernicious creature is slowly eating away at the house Commissioner Rubio has built.
This character is brazenly throwing his weight around, as if he were the overlord of the BOC in the region and all importers and brokers must kneel before him.
He tries to Instill fear
In all by claiming to be untouchable.
We’re sure however once his shenanigans are brought to light he will have his comeuppance.
The sooner the better.
