THE offices of Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez and Tingog Party-list on Friday distributed food packs to the victims of Typhoon Egay in the 3rd District of Caloocan City.
Stressing the devastating Typhoon Egay that has left many communities in need, the Speaker and Tingog offices initiated the distribution of essential sustenance and support to the victims.
A event was done in coordination with Councilor Atty. Bullet Prado of District 3 Representative, aims to extend a helping hand to those who have been impacted by this natural disaster of a recent typhoon egay.
“Our dedicated volunteers have meticulously assembled nourishing food packs that include a whole pack of instant noodles, a set of can goods, and a kilo of rice, a variety of non-perishable items to ensure sustained foods for the affected families. These packs are designed to meet both immediate needs and provide essentials for the days ahead,” they said.
This relief operation event is part of Tingog Party-list’s efforts as an opportunity “for us to stand together as a community and demonstrate the strength of solidarity in times of crisis.”
“By coming together to lend a helping hand, that can make a significant impact on the lives of those who are struggling,” they said.
Councilor Atty Bullet Prado expressed his gratitude for the efficient response from Speaker Romualdez and Tingog Party-list.
“As the typhoon victims receive this much needed support. May the spirit of unity and empathy sparked continuously to thrive in everyone’s hearts, guiding us to stand together. the focus now is to keep the flame of compassion burning brightly in everyone’s lives, lighting the path toward a better, more connected world for all,” they added.
