Ruffa, idedemanda ang mga nagpapakalat ng fake news … Annabelle at Guanzon, magbabardagulan?
BAGO pa lumala ang online sagutan nina Ruffa Gutierrez at dating Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon, naglabas na ng opisyal na pahayag ang legal counsel ng aktres na si Atty. Bryant Gamonnac Casiw ng BGC Law Office kaugnay ng isyung pagpapalayas diumano ng aktres sa dalawang maid at hindi pagbabayad ng kanilang mga suweldo.
Sabi ni Atty. Casiw, contrary sa fake news na kumalat sa social media, hindi pinalayas ni Ruffa ang dalawang maid o kaya naman ay tumangging bayaran ang sweldo ng mga ito sa loob ng anim na araw.
Ang dalawang maid daw ang nagpilit na umalis nang hindi sumusunod sa clearance requirements ng village association kung saan nakatira si Ruffa at ang mga anak na sina Venice at Lorin.
“While our Client was away for work on 7 July 2022, the Helpers became unruly and turned berserk. They persistently called our Client that they have decided to quit since they could no longer cope with the taping and shooting schedules of our Client. They have caused a commotion and were in a hurry to leave the house, without first complying with the clearance requirements of the village association.
“Moreover, the Helpers violated the Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement that they signed on 12 June 2022 with their unauthorized taking of Confidential Information under the agreement,” dagdag pa ni Atty. Casiw.
Patuloy niya, “Despite what happened, our Client wishes the Helpers well. Our Client has always been very generous with, and compassionate to, those who work for and with her, giving them bonuses and tips for extra hours worked. Most of her helpers have been with her family for 13 to 35 long years now and they can vouch that our Client treats helpers with fairness, care, love, and respect that they deserve. She considers helpers as part of her family.”
Nakahanda rin daw si Ruffa na mag-take ng lahat ng legal actions at remedies laban sa mga nagpapakalat ng unverified information o fake news.
Samantala, suspetsa naman ng netizens ay si Guanzon ang pinatutungkulan ng mommy ni Ruffa na si Annabelle Rama sa cryptic post nito sa Facebook.

Siyempre, gumatong ang mga nagkomento na inaabangan ang pagbabardagulan nina Tita Annabelle at Guanzon, lalo pa nga’t nag-status ang huli ng, “Wait lang dayy!!” ilang minuto pagkatapos mag-post ni Tita Annabelle.
