Speaker Martin G. Romualdez wishes members of the Philippine Blu Boys the best of luck after they qualified for the World Cup this November in Auckland, New Zealand. The team headed by Coach Raymundo Pagkaliwagan (2nd right), Team Captain Michael Pagkaliwagan (3rd right) and player Marlon Pagkaliwagan (right) paid a courtesy call on Speaker Romualdez at the Speaker’s Office Wednesday afternoon.
