PDEA, PNP seize P414M shabu in Bulacan
COMBINED agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday seized an estimated 60 kilograms of shabu worth P414 million during a buy-bust operation in Marilao, Bulacan, PDEA chair Director General Wilkins M. Villanueva said.
Arrested during the sting along Kilometer 32 in Marilao 10 a.m. Wednesday was Jalon Supe Kaureta, a resident of Daisy Street, Green Valley, Molino 1 in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Members of the PDEA Intelligence Service and Region 4 office, the PNP Drug Enforcement Group headed by Brigadier General Randy Q. Peralta arrested the suspect who was described as a ‘high-value target.”
Recovered from the suspect were the huge volume of shabu and a Toyota Altis with plate number XPS-112, said Villanueva.
