Noveleta, Tagaytay get ‘Great Jab Award’
NOVELETA, Cavite – Rural Health Unit (Noveleta) here brought home the “Great Jab Award” for municipal level with highest vaccination coverage for the year 2021 in the fight for COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Ma. Hilda Bucu, Noveleta Municipal Health Officer received the plaque and cash reward of P100,000 for the “Bayanihan Bakunahan” program during the National Vaccination Days Recognition Awarding rites held at Novotel Hotel in Cubao, Quezon City, Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
Tagaytay City represented by Dr. Lisa Capupus, City Health Officer received “Great Jab Award” (City Level) reached 70% target population for the calendar year 2022, Great Jab Award (City Level) with the highest vaccination coverage for the year 2021, and received P200,000 cheque for the 2 awards.
“Hardwork pays off for our great vaccination frontliners, itong award na ito ay para sa inyo,” Noveleta, Cavite Mayor Dino Chua said.
Tanza town was represented by Mayor Yuri Pacumio. Rosario town, Naic, Mendez, and Bacoor City also received recognition on the said program.
