LAGUNA – Arestado ang isang construction worker na kabilang sa “most wanted person” (MWP) sa regional level sa ikinasang joint manhunt operation ng Victoria Police at Highway Patrol Group (HPG) Laguna, araw ng Lunes sa Victoria, Laguna.

Sa ulat ng Victoria Police kay P/Col. Randy Glenn G. Silvio, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Laguna PPO (Provincial Police Office), naaresto ang akusado sa manhunt operation ganap na 9:45 ng gabi sa Bgy. Nanhaya, Victoria, Laguna sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ni Presiding Judge Mary Jean Tibo Cajandab, ng Regional Trial Court, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 26, Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

Nahaharap ang akusado sa kasong Rape (RPC Art. 266-A); Acts of Lasciviousness (RPC Art. 336); Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act (Anti-Child Abuse Law), (Lascivious Conduct Under Sec. 5(B) of RA 7610) na may nirerekomendang piyansa na aabot sa P36,000 sa paglabag sa “acts of lasciviousness”.

Ang naarestong suspek ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Victoria Police habang ang korteng pinagmulan ng warrant of arrest ay iimpormahan.
