MC rider dies in QC road mishap
A 42-YEAR-OLD motorcycle (MC) rider died after he rammed into a truck on Wednesday morning in Quezon City.
The victim who died on the spot due to severe head and body injuries was identified as Joel Urabia, 42, a resident of Tuguegarao City.
Traffic investigators said the accident occurred in Bgy. West Triangle at around 2:40 a.m.
Initial investigation disclosed that Urabia, was traversing the stretch of Quezon Avenue when he hit a fuel tanker truck parked at the corner of 4th street.
Urabia was dislodged from his motorcycle and was hit by a dump truck traveling in the same direction.
The driver of the fuel tanker and truck were invited by the police for investigation.
