‘Lingkod Pag-IBIG on Wheels’ rolls to Noveleta
NOVELETA, Cavite – Around hundreds of Noveleta residents went to “Lingkod Pag-IBIG on Wheels” to take care of their calamity loan for those damaged by Typhoon “Paeng” in the area Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at the Primark Mall parking lot in Barangay Magdiwang here.
Mayor Dino Chua led the assistance to applicants for calamity loan processing, application for loyalty cards, membership registration, and general inquiries.
According to Chua, the mobile “Pag-IBIG on Wheels” will stay in Noveleta until November 10, 2022 for all residents who want to process their loans.
“We have requested that the Pag-IBIG Fund be brought closer to our area so that the residents will not have to go far to take care of their loans, as I know that most of us were hit by the flooding caused by Typhoon ‘Paeng,’” Mayor Dino Chua said.
Noveleta was one of the worst hit by typhoon “Paeng,” which was submerged in flood water, causing the Sangguniang Bayan and the provincial government to declare a “state of calamity.”
