ISINANTABI ng Court of Appeals ang ruling ng Makati City trial court nitong nakaraang mga araw na pagbayarin si Aga Muhlach at ang manager niyang si Ethel Ramos sa isang advertising agency ng worth P7.4M for breach of contract, ayon sa report.

Sa desisyong isinulat ni Associate Justice Pablito Perez, voided ang contract sa pagitan ni Muhlach at ng agency na Pacific Asians Advertising Specialist, Inc. (PASSI) at dinismis ang civil case na isinampa laban kina Muhlach at Ramos.

Ang reason ng korte: “The obligations of both PASSI and Muhlach were not clearly laid out in th said contract.

“In hindsight, the parties contract could have been written with more precision in order for their intent to be beyond misunderstanding or disagreement,”

Dahil daw sa ambiguities ng contract kaya saad ng CA, “leaving the parties where they are is the most equitable resolution of this dispute.”

Last 2009, kinuha ng PASSI si Aga para maging endorser ng weight loss company na Marie France at skin care na Facial Care Center for Men.

Sa civil case, inakusahan ang aktor ng PASSI ng breach of contract dahil sa 29 treatment sessions lang sumailalim si Aga sa halip na 78.

Spotted din daw si Aga sa Gold’s Gym at isinapubliko ang kanyang kinakain.

Saad ng CA, hindi naman daw nakalagay sa kontrata kung ano ang specific weight at physique ang kailangan ma-achieve ni Aga.
