GenTri administers over 483K COVID-19 vaccines
GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite – The city of General Trias (GenTri) COVID-19 Vaccination Program has already recorded 483,596 total vaccines administered as of February 28, 2022.
According to Dr. Jonathan Luseco, Around 224,064 individuals of the adult category are vaccinated; 26,051 (12-17 yrs. old) and 3,763 (5-11 yrs. old) rest of the pediatric population (ROPP) based on the 1st Dose program.
A total of 245,744 vaccinated with the 1st dose and 237,852 vaccinated individuals for the 2nd dose including healthcare workers, senior citizens, non-senior adults with comorbidities, frontline personnel in essential sectors, indigent sector, rest of the adult population, and pediatric category ages 5-11.
GenTri Health Department has already received 707,155 vaccine doses of Sinovac, Sinopharm, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Janssen, Moderna, and Gamaley.
The local government unit (LGU) has 101,294 reserved vaccines for 1st dose and 63,876 reserved for 2nd dose.
The vaccination team has gone down to the barangay level to reach every GenTriseño with the vaccine for their protection against COVID-19 in addition to the stationary jab sites in General Trias Convention Center in Bgy. Sampalukan, Robinson’s Place GenTri Cinema hallway (3rd Floor), Vista Mall GenTri in San Francisco, and Divine Grace Medical Center in Centennial Road, and Brgy. Tejero for the pediatric population.
All adults aged 18 years old and above from Categories A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and ROPP are now allowed to walk-ins for 1st dose and booster shot.
