CHOOKS-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3 is more than just baskets and balls.

Before the Manila Chooks! squad represents the country in the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Manila Masters set this weekend at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati, the firm spearheaded a worthy endeavor at the Sisters of Mary Boystown and Girlstown in Silang, Cavite.

Chooks-to-Go president Ronald Mascariñas, the amiable godfather of Philippine 3×3, pledged a total of P2.8 million as yearly financial support to Sisters of Mary, ensuring that students receive the education and opportunities they deserve.

But he didn’t stop there.

Mascariñas also arranged a monthly Chooks-to-Go oven-roasted feast, a mouthwatering treat that filled their hearts with delight and provided 50 basketballs, igniting their passion for sports, and encouraging their dreams to soar higher.

Our commitment extends far beyond mere assistance and entertainment, for we believe that our collective actions have the power to shape a brighter future for our fellow Filipinos,” Mascariñas said.

Manila Chooks! cagers Mac Tallo, Paul Desiderio, Brandon Ramirez, Dennis Santos, Cj Payawal, and head trainer Chico Lanete also graced the event, while singer Chloe filled the air with beautiful melodies, keeping the energy alive and creating a soundtrack to this memorable day.

The Manila Masters, a FIBA level 10 tournament the top competition on the 3×3 pro circuit will draw fancied teams UB Huishan of Serbia, Latvia’s Riga, Amsterdam HiPRO of the Netherlands, and Mongolia’s Sansar MMC Energy.

The tilt has a $40,000 prize for the champion, while the bridesmaid and the third placer will take home $30,000 and $22,000, respectively.
