AS many as 31 couples and lovers from Caloocan City received an early gift from Councilor Vince Hernandez at the recently concluded ConVINCEd Army V-Day Love Vlog Contest in conjunction with the Valentine’s Day celebration.

The winners of the said contest received a grocery bag containing food and more and personalized couple t-shirts. It was a contest made on Facebook social media where they showed in their sent video how their relationship started.

The contest was made for the celebration of Valentine’s Day to show the joy of each relationship despite the pandemic.

Tagged as “Milenyal na Konsehal”, Councilor Vince Hernandez thanked the residents of Caloocan District 1 for their support in the said contest.

As President of the Sanggunian Kabataan Federation of Caloocan City, Hernandez promised that many more plans will be made for the residents to be happy and help in their need. It will be recalled that in 2020, Konsi Vince also led the “May Forever” contest, a recognition given to Grandparents in the celebration of Valentine’s day.
