2 killed in Cavite store shooting
DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite – Two men died on the spot in front of a store after an unidentified gunman shot them on Tuesday night, April 18, 2023 in Barangay Paliparan 3 here.
The victims, both adults, and residents of the said barangay in Dasmariñas City died instantly due to multiple gunshot wounds in their bodies.
Based on an initial report, two unidentified suspects escaped quickly after the shooting.
According to the local police, the incident happened at around 6:12 p.m. while the two victims were in front of a store and when two men arrived to make a purchase. One of the suspects approached the victims and shot them while the other acted as a “lookout.”
Both victims fell to the floor, while the suspects fled to unknown direction.
The Dasmariñas City police is still investigating the incident.
