At 3 PM Sunday, the center of Severe Tropical Storm (STS) Aghon {EWINIAR} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Mauban, Quezon.

Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have rains with gusty winds due to STS Aghon. Possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Minimal to minor threat to lives and properties due to strong winds.
