Six women rescued from Bataan sex den
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando Pampanga — Six women yesterday were rescued while a female pimp was arrested in a raid at a sex den in Bataan.
Region 3 CIDG chief Col. Norberto Delmas identified the sex den owner and alleged pimp as Gina Causing, 44, a businesswoman, of Sitio Aliok, Bgy. Daan Pare, Orion, Bataan.
Members of the CIDG-Bataan and the Orion police conducted the raid based on a complaint for violation of minimum health protocols, considering the province of Bataan was placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
It was found out that the sari-sari store owned by Causing is being used as front for prostitution.
Delmas said the rescued women were turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare Development Office in Orani.
The official said the arrested suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9208 as amended by Republic Act 10364 or the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act.
