SAN Pablo City, Laguna under the leadership of Mayor Vicente Amante received “praises” from Engr. John M. Cerezo, Provincial Director, DILG (Department of the Interior and Local Government) Laguna on the “high rating” from the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) of the locality, in the recent “CY (Calendar Year) 2021 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Functionality Audit”.

With a score of 85% (San Pablo City) or “High Functional” in the functionality audit conducted by the Laguna ADAC Provincial Audit Team on May 4-6, 2022.

The CADAC recognition came from a letter sent by Cerezo and received by Maria Alma L. Barrientos, LGOO (Local Government Operations Officer).

The said rating proved the full dedication and continuous support to the programs of the National Government “to suppress and solve the problems related to illegal drugs in the country” and was accomplished by the city through effective CADAC programs.

Mayor Amante is very “grateful” to all the members of CADAC-San Pablo City, to CADAC Focal Person Purificacion Morales, Barrientos, and the other members of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council who continue to implement the program against illegal drugs.

Cerezo promised that they will still provide the necessary technical assistance and other support to San Pablo City in carrying out activities related to the suppression of illegal drugs.
