PSA awardee ABAP to join Sports On Air

WHAT’S the secret of success of the Association of Boxing Alliances of the Philippines (ABAP), headed by Ed Picson?

What’s the latest on archery, one of the sports to be contested in the coming 31st Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, and esports, the fastest-growing sport in the country?

Picson will talk about the plans and preparations of ABAP, one of two top performing national sports associations to be honored by the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA), during the first part of the program starting at 10 a.m.

National archery team head coach Clint Sayo and Philippine Esports Organization secretary-general Joebert Yu will also give an update on their respective sports during the second half at 11 a.m.

This will be the 10th episode of “Sports on Air Weekly”, the newest sports program managed by veteran sports journalists Ed Andaya of People’s Tonight, Ernest Leo Hernandez of SOA, Gerard Arce of Bulgar, Ivan Saldajeno of Philippine News Agency and Gab Ferreras of Sports PH.
