Noveleta launches door-to-door COVID vax drive
NOVELETA, Cavite – The Noveleta local government launched a “door-to-door” COVID-19 vaccination drive for senior citizens and bed-ridden individuals Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
According to Noveleta Mayor Dino Chua, the vaccination team will roam around the 16 villages of the locality to reach all the unvaccinated and unboosted bed-ridden patients and senior citizens.
“Para hindi na po sila mahirapan dalhin ang kanilang mga senior citizens and bed-ridden loved ones sa vaccination site, mangyari lamang po na makipag-ugnayan po sa ating Municipal Health Office or sa vaccination hub upang mapuntahan agad ang nais magpabakuna,” Mayor Chua said.
The vaccination hub is on the 2nd floor of Primark Mall in Bgy. Magdiwang is open every Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for 18 years old and above; 1st and 2nd dose and boosters every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including the pediatric vaccination (5 to 17 years old) 1st and 2nd dose, booster for 12-17years old.
Residents or patients must have at least five months interval from their 2nd dose and should bring their original vaccine card.
