Representative Linabelle Ruth R. Villarica of the Fourth District of Bulacan received a special award for notable achievements as a public servant during the 71st Filipino Academy Movie and Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards 2023 last Sunday. Villarica who is serving a third term as President of the 86-strong Association of Women Legislators Foundation, Inc. (AWLFI) champions not only the cause of women and children but is also a staunch advocate of heritage preservation and arts and culture promotion. Aside from her, recipients of this year’s FAMAS Most Outstanding in Public Service Award include United Senior Citizens Party List Rep. Milagros A. Magsaysay and Sta. Rosa City Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas.
