CHOCO Mucho made a huge upgrade on its Premier Volleyball League roster by acquiring versatile spikers Desiree Cheng and Isa Molde.

Bolstering their depth ahead of the Open Conference next month, the signings of Cheng and Molde gave the Flying Titans more offensive firepower alongside opposite hitter Kat Tolentino.

Cheng’s move to Choco Mucho ended her long association with coach Ramil de Jesus from La Salle in the UAAP and F2 Logistics in club leagues.

“Adding Des to the roster will give the team much more depth making the Flying Titans unstoppable,” the club said of Cheng through its social media accounts Thursday night.

Molde, for her part, will be playing her second PVL club team after a brief stint with PLDT Home Fibr last season.

“Isa is an unstoppable powerhouse. Get ready for better plays and better rotations,” the team said.

In the Flying Titans, Cheng will reunite with former Lady Spikers and Cargo Movers teammate Aduke Ogunsanya, who had signed with the club last week.

As Maddie Madayag is still recovering from a knee injury, Choco Mucho has acquired Ogunsanya and Cherry Nunag to join forces with Bea de Leon in the middle.

The Flying Titans have also picked up seasoned setter Jem Ferrer to back up rising playmaker Deanna Wong, and libero Thang Ponce, who will be an understudy to Dennise Lazaro-Revilla.

Choco Mucho placed fourth in the Open Conference ruled by Chery Tiggo in the PVL restart last year in Ilocos Norte.
