PAGSANJAN, Laguna – The influx of tourists will be revived as well as additional new jobs in conjunction with the construction of the Cesar Rapids Hotel and Residences during the groundbreaking ceremony led by mayoralty aspirant Cesar Areza of Pagsanjan, Laguna located next to CLA Town Center Mall, Bgy. Biñan, Pagsanjan, Laguna.

The ceremony was graced by Undersecretary Albert Dela Cruz of the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) as the guest of honor as well as Wanda Corazon Tulfo-Teo, former tourism secretary and 1st Nominee of Turismo Isulong Mo party-list from Davao City.

Also present was Nelson Sarapuddin, national president – The Fraternal Order of Eagles who gave “words of wisdom” praising mayoralty bet Areza’s good project as it will be going to be recognized nationwide for tourism.

Usec. Dela Cruz announced that he will help as a consultant for Areza’s project to attract more tourists and to shine again the tourism in Pagsanjan.

Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Usec. Martin Diño is hopeful to see the beauty of Pagsanjan revived.

The hotel features 30 rooms while the condominium with 170 units has already been taken by several members of the Bureau of Fire for their investments.

Even the members of Bangkero in Pagsanjan, Laguna were happy with the construction of a “condotel” there because there will be accommodation for local and foreign tourists who want to stay, have a walk and get a booking.

The Cesar Rapids Hotel and Residences will be a complete facility according to Areza and designed by EVP & CEO Alvin Hipolito.
