Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala was named the “Best Player of the Game” after scoring 16 points for the Quezon Huskers of Quezon province against Toda Aksyon of Quezon City on Friday at the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) 5th season.
