Nakahanda na ang The Philippine Movie Press Club, Inc. sa pagdiriwang ng 12th Star Awards for Music.

Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay virtual ang presentasyon nito na gaganapin ngayong October 10, Linggo, 6 p.m. Mapapanood ito sa STV at RAD channels.

Sina Congressman Alfred Vargas at Sanya Lopez ang magsisilbing mga host. Ang mga performer ay sina Pop Diva Kuh Ledesma, Marion Aunor, Cool Cat Ash at Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano.

Gagawaran ng Pilita Corrales Lifetime Achievement Award si Kuh. Ang composer na si Louie Ocampo ang recipient ng Parangal Levi Celerio Lifetime Achievement Award.

Ang 12th Star Awards for Music ay handog ng PMPC sa pangunguna ng presidente nito na si Roldan Castro at ng Film Development Council of the Philippines ni Chairperson Liza Diño-Seguerra.

Katuwang din sa naturang industry award ang Frontrow ni Raymond “RS” Francisco. Ito’y sa direksiyon ni Pete Mariano.

Umapela si Iwa Moto sa mga negatibong tao na kinukuwestiyon ang pagsuporta niya sa kanyang father-in-law na si Sen. Ping Lacson.

As we all know, tumatakbo siyang Presidente sa May 2022 elections.

Sa recent Instagram post ng akres, hiniling niyang irespeto ang kanyang desisyon tulad ng pagrespeto niya sa mga kaibigang may ibang kandidato.

“I have tons of friends that are very vocal about their candidate. And I respect them. That is their choice.

“I just hope that people would also respect my decision.

“And I pray that people will just stop arguing over politics. And start to respect one another,” pahayag ni Iwa.

Mensahe pa niya sa mga botante, sa halip na magsiraan, maging mapagmasid at bumoto sa tamang tao.

Ipinaliwanag din ni Iwa kung bakit niya sinusuportahan si Sen. Ping bukod sa dahilang biyenan niya ito.

“I fully admit yes I support my father in law. Because I personally knows how much he loves the country. If you support him, thank you so much. If not naman its ok. But please we need to stop the negativity now,” aniya.
