‘Barrio rebel’ surrenders, yields gun, ammo
FORT MAGSAYSAY, Nueva Ecija – Major General Andrew D. Costelo, 7th Infantry (KAUGNAY) Division Commander welcomed the surrender of a “rebel in the barrio” belonging to the Komiteng Larangang Guerilla West-South Party Committee (SPC) in Bgy. Ebus, Guagua, Pampanga on Wednesday. Costelo said the surrendered rebel also gave up his M653 rifle with four magazines and 143 ammunition to the 703rd Infantry (AGILA) Brigade.
