Accountant tortured, killed
AN accountant who was reported missing was found dead in Lanao del Sur.
The victim was identified as Ezzel Tan, an accountant of the Commission on Population and Development Office in Soccsksargen (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos City).
Tan was found with gunshot wounds in a remote area in Bgy. Molimoc, Balabagan town.
There were signs that the victim was tortured.
Tan was reported missing on July 18. He was last seen driving his car, a Toyota Avanza with license plate LGX 113.
Police are still searching for the victim’s car.
Authorities are investigating the killing.
