Graduating female student found dead in rice field
A GRADUATING hospitality management student was found dead in a rice field in Anda, Pangasinan.
Police identified the victim as Lowilyn Caniedo, a 22-year-old hospitality management senior student in Pangasinan.
Caniedo had a wound on the head. She was naked from waist down when found.
The victim was last seen alive on the night of July 20 when she asked permission from her mother that she was going to a friend’s house.
Her family started to worry when she failed to return home until she was found dead.
Police are checking who was the last person with Caniedo before she was discovered dead.
An investigation is ongoing.
