IN a bid to ensure the safe arrival and overall well-being of our Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs), the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) at NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) Terminals 1, 2, and 3, Clark International Airport (CIA), and Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), have been continuously providing all the necessary assistance and service, including the identification of possible isolation facilities where they can take their mandatory quarantine to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The One-Stop-Shops (OSS) at the airports have already served over 2 million ROFs –2,177,341 to be exact, since the beginning of operations last April 23, 2020, up to date this March 2, 2022.

Out of the total number, 550,039 ROFs were served at Terminal 1; 685,010 at Terminal 2; 503,077 at Terminal 3; 237,797 at CRK; and 201,418 at MCIA.

Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Art Tugade has emphasized that assisting our “kababayans”, such as our OFWs (overseas Filipino workers), must be non-stop, as they are considered as our “modern day heroes”, along with our health workers, and other frontliners, who make selfless sacrifices, amid the unprecedented threat of the pandemic, just to ensure the welfare of their families.
