2 HVTs yield P.4M shabu in Angeles City
ANGELES CITY — Angeles police chief Col. Rommel Batangan reported the arrest on Wednesday of two high value targets (HVTs) in the city.
Batangan identified the suspects as Arnold Guibo alias Soy, 30; and B-Jay Balajafia, 32, both of Villa Paz, Barangay Sta. Teresita.
The two were arrested in a buy-bust on Jasmin corner Surla Streets in Barangay Pulung Bulu by joint elements of Angeles City Police Station 1 and Angeles City Police Drug Enforcement Unit led by Ltm Jennies Capili under the supervision of Maj. Aris Gonzales.
Seized from them were four plastic sachets of shabu worth P408,000 and the marked money while the motorcycle they used to deliver the drugs was impounded.
The suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
