POLICE the other day reported that the two most wanted persons who have bee charged with rape were arrested separatedly by police San Juan, Batangas town and Paranaque.

San Juan Municipal Police Station police chief Major Marlon Cabatana identified the arrested suspects as Antonio Malabanan and Rizaldy Magnaye.

The two suspects were arrested by joint personnel of the San Juan MPS, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Batangas, Regional Intelligence Division (RID) 4A- Provincial Intelligence Team (PIT) Batangas, and 403A Maneuver Company Regional Mobile Force Battalion (MCRMFB) 4A Batangas.

Malabanan has been charged with three counts of rape and is listed as the province’s No. 1 most wanted suspect. He was nabbed in Bgy. Bataan, San Juan at 9:50 a.m.,

Magnaye, rank as No. 5 most wanted in the provinciak level, was arrested in Bgy. Tambo, Parañaque City.

Both suspects were arrested based on reliable information provided by their Barangay Intelligence Network (BIN) assets.
