In a report to Philippine National Police chief Gen. Rommel Francisco D. Marbil, the official said that the 24-year-old suspect was tracked down in his hiding place in Doc J. Estrada St., Bgy. Tetuan, Zamboanga City around 9 a.m. Monday.
