UPER cites Bagac police as ‘no. 3’ station
BAGAC, Bataan – Among the 12 police stations in Bataan province, Bagac Police, under the leadership of Major Francis Jimenez, was ranked “No. 3” in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for November 2022 with a total rating of 98.70%.
Jimenez commended his personnel through his deputy chief, P/Lt. Silvestre Colanza for “their vigorous efforts and continuous hard work” to achieve the objectives and targets of the police station earning Bagac Police the third spot in the overall ranking of the Bataan police units.
The UPER system of the Philippine National Police (PNP) was conceptualized as a standardized evaluation tool used in assessing the performance of the different PNP offices.
Bagac Police also ranked top 7 for the municipal police station category of the entire Police Regional Office-Central Luzon for November.
