Navotas lifts curfew for adults
NAVOTAS City has lifted its curfew for adults following the implementation of general community quarantine alert level 2 in Metro Manila
Mayor Toby Tiangco signed City Ordinance No. 2021-56 nullifying the 12:00 MN – 4:00 AM curfew in the city, which is also pursuant to Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Resolution No. 21-25 Series of 2021.
“Now that more businesses are open and operational hours of malls, restaurants and other establishments are extended, we need to make the necessary changes to support our working constituents,” Tiangco said.
“By allowing our people to move freely, we hope to encourage them to patronize local businesses, big or small, and contribute in reviving our economy,” he added.
Navotas, however, reimposed its 10 p.m.– 4 a.m. discipline hours for minors.
