HVT ‘druggie’ collared in Angeles drug bust
CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City – Angeles City Police Commander Col. Diosdado Fabian reported the arrest on Sunday of a “high-value target” for drugs and seizure of some P340,000 worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in Pampanga. The suspect will be charged with a violation of RA 9165.
