House sends relief aid to Paeng-hit Isabela, Marinduque
HOUSE of Representatives and Philippine National Police (PNP) volunteers, on Friday morning, loaded into a truck 100 boxes of corned beef, 100 bundles of bottled water, and 75 sacks of rice (25 kgs each) for Severe Tropical Storm Paeng victims in several areas of Isabela. First District Rep. Antonio “Tonypet” Albano will distribute the relief goods.
Sta. Cruz in Marinduque will also get relief goods with a truck loaded with 47 sacks of assorted goods, 100 sacks of rice, and boxes of corned beef.
Lone District Rep. Lord Alan Velasco will oversee the distribution of relief goods. The House of Representatives is on its sixth day of relief operations initiated by Speaker Martin G. Romualdez. Ver Noveno
