Gun ban violator nabbed in Laguna
STA Maria, Laguna police on Sunday morning arrested a civilian for carrying a gun without the proper documents and for violation of the Omnibus Election Code in Bgy. J.P. Rizal St., Sta Maria.
Laguna PNP Provincial Director P/Col. Rogarth Campo identified the arrested suspect i as Alejandro Morales Tampis, of legal age and resident of Sta Maria.
Tampis was flagged down at a Comelec checkpoint. He was caught in possession of 1a caliber .38 pistol. He is now under the custody of the Sta Maria police.
