GenTri cited ‘Top 20 Locator’ for 2020, 20221
GENERAL TRIAS CITY (GenTri), Cavite – The local government of GenTri once again honored the “top 20 locators” for real property tax and business taxpayers held at The Bayleaf Cavite in Manggahan on Monday, June 27, 2022.
The “Locator’s night” is a recognition of the businesses in the said city that have been included in the province’s development.
Outgoing Mayor and now Congressman-elect Antonio Ferrer of Cavite’s 6th District, and GenTri Mayor-elect Luis “Jon Jon” Ferrer IV led the award ceremony for the companies on the top list of locators of said city.
House Tech Industries, located in Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority (CEPZA) in Bgy. Bacao clinched the “Top 1” post for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, for the Business Tax category, while Purefoods Hormel Company, located in Bgy. San Francisco received the “top business taxpayer” for 2020 and 2021.
The top 21 business taxpayers for 2020 are Analog Devices, Pro Friends, Schneider Electronics, Purefoods Hormel Co., Maxim’s Philippines Operating Corp, Jae Philippines, Antel Holdings, HRD Singapore, Cypress Manufacturing Limited, Unilever Philippines, Citi Homes Builder and Development Corp., Magnolia, Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU), Enomoto Manufacturing Philippines, Waltermart Supermarket, Shimadzu Philippine Mfg., Veraza Inc., and Amaia Scapes.
The top 21 real property tax locators for 2020 are Unilever Phil., Pro Friends , Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club, Can Asia, Banco De Oro (EPCI), Masterpiece Asia Properties, Robinson’s Land Corp., Meralco, Majestics Technical Skills Development Corporation, SMC Yamamura, Magnolia, Erly Packaging Corp., Telford Property Management Corp., GreenKraft Corp., Camel Appliances Mfg. Corp., Citi Homes Builders and Development Corp., Coca-Cola (Bottling Corp.) FEMSA, Omni Composite Packaging Corp., and Gateway Property Holdings.
Cited top taxpayers for 2021 are Analog Devices, Pro Friends, Purefoods corp., Jae Philippines, Maxim’s Phil. Operating Corporation, Schneider Electronics, Cypress MFG., HRD Singapore, Enomoto Phils. Mfg., Unilever Philippines, Iriso Electronics, Antel Holdings, Citi Homes Builders and Development, SMC Yamamura Fuso Molds, Analog Devices, Magnolia, Shimadzu. Waltermart, and LPU-GenTri.
Top real property tax locators for 2021 are Pro Friends, Unilever Philippines, San Miguel Properties, GT Capital Holdings, Majestic Technical Skills Development and Landscapes, Citi Homes Builders and Development Corp., Coca-Cola (Bottling Corp), Can Asia, GreenKraft, Robinson’s Land Corp., Asia Five Star Realty Corporation, Gateway Properties, Megaworld Corporation, Masterpiece Asis, Analog Devices Realty, Meralco, BDO, Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Corp., and JRP Realty Holdings.
The annual recognition program was halted for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the GenTri local government decided to conduct an in-person program as the country entered the “new normal” with more relaxed restrictions.
