Ecija’s number 3 most wanted captured
GUIMBA, Nueva Ecija — Warrant operatives implemented Oplan Manhunt Charlie operation here and nabbed the town’s number three most wanted person on Monday.
Town police head Lt. Col. Norman Cacho identified the arrested suspect as JayAr Rivera, 20, single, helper, of Bgy. Macapabellag, this town.
The suspect was nabbed on the strength of two arrest warrants for violation of the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 (Republic Act 10883) without bail recommended and qualified theft with bail set at P40,000, both issued by Judge Leo Cecilio D. Bautista, of the Guimba REgional Trial Court Branch 32.
Cacho said they arrested the suspect at his hideout in Bgy. Paco Roman here at 8:30 a.m.
Joint operatives of the local police, PIU-NEPPO, the 303rd Maneuver Company, RMFB3, Rizal MPS-Nueva Ecija and 3rd Platoon Base 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Warrant section, and Patrulya ng Bayan members implemented the suspect’s arrest.
