Crazy as Pinoy, balik-music scene
Nagbabalik bilang grupo ang Crazy as Pinoy (formerly Trianggulo) na unang nakilala noong early 2000 nang maging grand champion sa “RapPublic of the Philippines” competition sa Eat Bulaga.
Ang nasabing trio ay kinabibilangan nina Lordivino Ignacio, a.k.a. Basilyo, Muriel Anne Jamito, Sisa, at Jeffrey Pilien, Crispin. Kabilang sa mga naging hit song nila ay Panaginip, Huwad at Crazy Dance.
Pero in mid-2000 ay nagsimulang magkaroon ng solo careers ang tatlo at gumawa ng kani-kanilang tatak sa music industry.
Si Basilyo ay nagkaroon ng sariling hit song na Lord Patawad at full-fledged actor na dahil naging parte siya ng FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano with Coco Martin at ngayon ay kasama rin siya sa FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
Nagku-compose rin si Basilyo para sa mga TV and movie projects.
Si Sisa naman excelled behind the scenes as a composer for commercial jingles.
She has also written songs for popular artists.
Siya rin ang composer ng hit theme song ng FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano na kinanta ni Regine Velasquez.
Si Crispin continued numerous collaborations with various Hip-hop artists and has created viral hits such as Misyon with Barakojuan and Marikina All-Star, Minahal Kita Agad with Bullet, Duff Uno and Jeremiah Toribio.
He is also the ambassador of Crazy as Pinoy to the Hip-hop community.
Ngayong 2023, nagdesisyon ang grupo na muling magsama-sama at magbahagi ng mga bagong awitin sa mga Gen Z.
Coincidentally, a clamor for a reunion performance of their iconic song, Panaginip came about. Wish 107.5 granted the request and to date their YouTube performance on the Wish bus has already garnered 14 million views since February.
Isang napakagandang senyales ang success ng Panaginip sa airwaves para sa grupo na ngayon ay under new management na, ang Blvck Entertainment.
Their first single under Blvck Music is a 2023 version of Panaginip plus an official music video na idinirihe ni Titus Cee.
Ang Panaginip 2023 is included in their new digital album and is now available on music streaming platforms Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon, Deezer, Medianet, Boomplay at YouTube Music.
