Cops nab man for women, child abuse
POLICE arrested a 48-year-old bus dispatcher wanted for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 in Pasay City.
Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (PNP-ASG) director Brigadier General Christopher Abrahano said the suspect was arrested based on two warrants of arrest for violation of RA 9262 issued by a Pangasinan court.
The suspect can have temporary liberty if he can post P108,000 bail.
He was arrested at the NAIA Terminal 3 Gate 8, Departure Area by members of the ASG and Urdaneta City police.
