CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Authorities arrested over the weekend four “high-value” drug peddlers in separate anti-drug operations in Bulacan, Subic, Zambales and Angeles City in Pampanga.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., members of the Subic police, along with the Provincial Intelligence Unit-Zambales, arrested Nash Mamil, a drug watch-listed individual, in a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.

Seized from Mamil were 10 plastic sachets containing shabu weighing more or less 17 grams, with an estimated value of P115,600, and the marked money.

Meanwhile, operatives of the Guiguinto police conducted an entrapment operation in Bgy. Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan, which resulted in the arrest of Johnny Publico and the confiscation of five plastic sachets of shabu worth P138,652 and the buy-bust money.

In Angeles City, members of the Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit and the Angeles City Police Office – Police Station 3 arrested two “high-value” targets identified as Vene Valdez and Ralph Yalung in a sting in Bgy. Pulung Maragul.

Confiscated from the duo were four plastic packx containing kush, with an estimated value of P142,500, a plastic bottle containing suspected cocaine worth P5,300, a self-sealing plastic pack containing six suspected LSD worth P10,200, two packs containing five pieces of ecstasy worth P17,000, one plastic pack containing eight pieces of valium tablets worth P400, the marked bill and boodle money, and a vehicle believed used in the illegal transaction.

“The Central Luzon police force vowed to uphold law and order and we will persist in the eradication of illegal drugs in the region,” Hidalgo said.
