Carmona plebiscite
PLEBISCITE–Carmona, Cavite residents led by Cavite 5th District Congressman Roy Loyola (left) and Mayor Dahlia Loyola (right) went to their designated polling precincts as early as 7 a.m. Saturday in Carmona National High School in Poblacion 8 to cast their votes for the plebiscite.
