Alvarado bares program for Bulacan progress

BULACAN gubernatorial candidate Willy Sy-Alvarado has vowed to bring the province once again to progress and development through his Pitong Puntong Programang Pangkaunlaran.

Alvarado, incumbent vice governor and presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, cited the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic and other problems as hindrance behind the province’s economic recovery.

He promised that Bulacan will regain its economic strength with the help of his experienced and tested leadership and clean governance.

Alvarado, a former governor and congressman, said he will put more emphasis on the effective delivery of health care services for every Bulakenyo.

The former governor underscored the importance of ensuring quality education to eradicate poverty.

Alvarado also said his leadership will continue to push programs against environmental degradation.

He assured Bulakenyo of a leadership anchored on clean and effective governance.

The ex-congressman also stressed the need to generate jobs and provide livelihood opportunities following the pandemic.

He also said that peace and order is among his priorities given a chance to be elected as the province’s governor again.

Alvarado added that enriching the history and culture of Bulacan will be part of his programs.
