Luis Elizondo hinted in his interview a few months back that the military can create an environment to attract UFOs. He referred to reading about UFOs and nukes to get more knowledge on the topic. Now, amid the ongoing skirmish in Ukraine, scientists from Kyiv noticed a lot of UFO sightings.

Ex-Pentagon Agent Says Military Might Lured UFOs By Faking Nuclear Tests…

Luis Elizondo revealed that the U.S. Military created environments to attract UFOs to study them. He noted that …

According to a study published by Kyiv’s Main Astronomical Observatory in coordination with the country’s National Academy of Science, a significant number of objects are identified all over the skies of Kyiv, whose nature is not clear. The research paper states: “We present a broad range of UAPs. We see them everywhere. We observe a significant number of objects whose nature is not clear.”

As NASA commissioned a research team to study Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) in a joint venture with the Pentagon, the scientists in Kyiv observed their skies and collected incredible data on UAPs. The research is entitled “Unidentified aerial phenomena I. Observations of events” conducted by B.E. Zhilyaev, V.N. Petukhov, V.M. Reshetnyk.

According to their data, they classified UAPs into two types, “Cosmics” and “Phantoms.” They noted Cosmics are luminous objects, brighter than the background of the sky and Phantoms are dark objects, with contrast from several to about 50 percent. The researchers also observed that the UFOs are so fast that it is hard to take pictures of them.

The researchers established two meteor stations, one is installed in Kyiv, and the other one is in the Vinarivka village in the south of the Kyiv region. Observations of objects were carried out in the daytime sky. The brightness of the sky, depending on the state of the atmosphere and the distance from the Sun, ranges from minus 3 to minus 5 stellar magnitudes per square arc minute.

The researcher concludes a broad range of UAPs are everywhere and there is a significant number of objects whose nature is not clear.

“Flights of single, group, and squadrons of the ships were detected, moving at speeds from 3 to 15 degrees per second. Some bright objects exhibit regular brightness variability in the range of 10 – 20 Hz. Two-site observations of UAPs at a base of 120 km with two synchronized cameras allowed the detection of a variable object, at an altitude of 1170 km.”

The paper did not specifically address the war, but the US government has long speculated that some UFOs could be advanced technology from its adversaries. However, there is no evidence of that.

These sightings in the war-affected country are similar to the times of World Wars. In the early 20th century, mystery lights over Great Britain were interpreted as being caused by German Zeppelins spying out the land in preparation for invasion, during WWI any unusual thing in the sky was regarded as an enemy aircraft and produced scares in South Africa, Canada, the USA and Britain.

In the 1930s, “mystery aircraft” were often reported, but with the coming of WWII, strange objects viewed by Allied pilots, which followed their aircraft, were dubbed “foo fighters.” After the war, there was a huge spate of ghost rocket sightings over Scandinavia, but sightings of odd things in the sky only became perceived as a truly global phenomenon with the arrival of flying saucers in June 1947. Next, we have the case of the airmen of the 415th Night Fighter Squadron which is still unexplainable. Lt. Fred Ringwald of the 415th Night Fighter Squadron was the first person to see a cigar-shaped UFO over Germany in November 1944. He spotted eight to ten glowing lights.

Allied ground radar saw nothing. The pilot turned to fight, thinking it might be some kind of German air weapon but the lights vanished. (Source)

Space pioneer Leroy Gordon Cooper, who died in 2004, believed in the existence of aliens who had been traveling from other habitable places to Earth. Not only did he believe in extraterrestrials but also claimed that he personally encountered UFOs and other inexplicable phenomena while flying in a fighter jet in Germany in the early 1950s. Cooper said in an interview that he saw a UFO for the first time in his life in the early 1950s, when he was posted at Landstuhl Air Base, West Germany. He said that during that time, Russian MiG-15s often flew over to his base. So, once he was flying at 15,000 meters and saw strange vehicles that flew in formation much higher and faster than their aircraft. He claimed that they were disc-shaped with metallic casing.

Do wars trigger UFOs to show up?

During an interview with British tabloid the Daily Star, former NoD official Nick Pope said “highly evolved extraterrestrials” probably regard warfare as something that only primitive civilizations engage in. “The Ukraine situation means we’re unlikely to get an invitation to join the Galactic Federation for the time being. Aliens might wonder at the wisdom of the UK going up against Russia, but would probably realize that being in a coalition helps,” he added. (Source)
