ANDREW Romualdez, son of House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, made his father proud when he led Team Blue to 4-w victory over Team White in the Journal Cup 2023 held at the Manila Polo Club inside Forbes Park in Makati City.
The young Romualdez did not disappoint, showing superb form in the victory to the delight of big crowd that included Speaker Romualdez, his mother Mrs. Juliette Romualdez, and aunt, former First Lady Imelda R. Marcos.
The teams moved with their exquisite polo mount with chemistry, riding and hitting hard at the magnificent Enrique Zobel field.
Each of the players did not fail to amaze the audience as they swung their mallets with great intensity and determination to win the trophy.
