Sky not related to Dolphy, caught among Kristoff, Allen and RJ
‘KUMUSTA Bro” is the interactive live Boys’ Love (BL) series that started on Kumu last year, where the audience can interact with the characters in the story and has the power to help shape the narrative. It is the first-ever series to use a live stream app as the main platform.
Now, it is going to be a full-length TV series on Vivamax Plus with all fresh new episodes. The main cast is led by Sky Quizon as Thirdy, Kristof Garcia as Bench, Allen Cecilio as Dean and RJ Agustin as Cerwin. They are known as the original four.
Supporting them are comedian Divine Aucina, JM Mendoza, transwoman Kimi Quindoza, Nicki Morena, Robin Hanrath, Spencer Abadilla, Alex Agustin, Richie Macapagal, RJ Buena, with the special participation of Richard Quan.
Sky is often asked if he’s a grandson of Comedy King Dolphy and he wants to make it clear that he’s not related at all to the Quizons. He is a summa cum laude speech and communications graduate from UP Diliman and he first joined PBB Ocho. He’s now a host of PBB and has also starred in “Viral Scandal” and an episode of “Magpakailanman”.
Kristoff is a Showtime Bidaman discovery and is a hotel and restaurant management graduate from Mary the Queen in Pampanga. He has appeared in some GMA shows like “Cain at Abel” and “Dear Uge” and in another BL show, “Love at the End of the World.”
Allen is a singer who’s discovered in the Pinoy Boyband Superstar search. He used to take up architecture but is now about to graduate as an English major.
RJ is a Star Music artist and also a movie producer of the new Janine Gutierrez movie. JM is the winner of the recently-held search for the fifth Bro of “Kumusta Bro.”
Now dubbed as “Kumusta Bro: The Series”, it’s the story of Thirdy (Sky), a broken hearted guy who got reconnected with his schoolmates when they all reunite inside an elevator: Bench (Kristof), his high school friend who told him he has feelings for him; Dean (Allen), his longtime secret admirer; and Cerwin (RJ), his ex-boyfriend who owns a coffee shop.
Secrets about their true feelings toward Thirdy are then slowly revealed and they all admit they have not gotten over him. In other words, ang haba ng buhok ni Thirdy dahil pinag-aagawan siya ng tatlong boys! And not only that, Fonz (JM Mendoza), his childhood sweetheart who is now very hunky, also returns to his life. You can now follow their intriguing journey on Vivamax and find out what will happen to each of their colorful characters.
