SILANG, CAVITE — THE municipality of Silang, Cavite has proudly announced Saturday that it has received ISO certification, which it called a “testament to its unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service standards to its residents and stakeholders.”

Mayor Kevin Anarna said the prestigious certification is a recognition to the municipality’s dedication to upholding international benchmarks and continuously improving its operations.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification is a globally-recognized standard that demonstrates an organization’s adherence to rigorous quality management systems.

The certification process involves a comprehensive evaluation of the municipality’s processes, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.
