SENATOR Raffy Tulfo urged the proper authorities to make the necessary move as he offered a P1-million bounty for any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect in the killing of a 21-year-old man and the wounding and rape of the man’s 17-year-old girlfriend.

As reported over the DZBB, Tulfo challenged the police and the proper agencies to act swiftly on this matter saying that the suspect at large is a dangerous person and should be arrested the soonest time.

It was learned that the couple was enjoying their camping trip in Boac, Marinduque when the suspect suddenly attacked them at 2 a.m. Friday in Barangay Ihatub, Marinduque.

Based on the report, the man was stabbed ten times in the different parts of his body while the teenage girl was stabbed 9 times in her neck part but the latter was able to survive.

“Mariin kong kinokondena ang karumal-dumal na pagpatay sa isang 21-anyos na lalaki at walang habas na pag-gahasa naman sa kanyang menor de edad na nobya ng isang hindi pa nakikilalang suspek. Walang konsensya ang gumawa ng ganitong karumal-dumal at kalunos-lunos na krimen,” the senator over DZBB interview.

“Kaya ako po ay magbibigay ng P1 milyong pabuya, totoo po ito, sa ikadarakip ng suspek, basta’t sigurado ako na talagang ang may sala ang madarakip at mapananagot,” Tulfo said in a statement.

“Anumang impormasyon na makakatulong upang madakip ang may sala ay ipagbigay alam lamang po sa aking tanggapan at opisina,” Tulfo was quoted as saing.

According to reports, manhunt operations have already started and the suspect who is at large is believed to be hiding in the same area.
