Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Dionardo Carlos expresses gratitude to the City Government of Tayabas under Mayor Ernida Reynoso and Vice- Mayor Manny Maraig for giving him a warm welcome and recognition at the Graceland Estates and Country Club in Tayabas City. Carlos, a native of Lucena City, also used to live in the city as his father, a marine ecologist, is a Tayabasin. Sitting with the mayor and vice- mayor are Carlos’ academy classmates Army Lt.
