Rape suspect falls in San Juan
BATANGAS police operatives captured the most wanted “rapist” in San Juan, Batangas, on Wednesday morning, according to the report.
San Juan Municipal Police Station (MPS) Chief Lt. Col. Jesus F. Lintag said the accused was arrested at around 9:45 a.m., February 22, by combined forces of operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Batangas, Regional Intelligence Division (RID) 4A-Regional Intelligence Team (RIT) Batangas and the 403rd A MC, Regional Mobile Force Branch (RMFB)4A in Barangay Laiya, of the said town.
The top cop said that the accused, one of the “most wanted” individuals at the provincial level, is facing charges of two counts of acts of lasciviousness, two counts of rape (sexual assaults), and three counts of lascivious conduct.
The accused is detained at the San Juan town police station holding cell.
